ok first one is..

how much power can a w58 trans hold. i only do roll races and makin 420hp on 17 psi on a mustang dyno and its been holdin fine. i dont ever plan on launchin the car just doin highway rolls.

next.

i am tuning with a safc i have 440injectors supra fuel pump fpr and unknown size turbo. i made 420hp to the wheels on a mustang dyno with 17 psi and im takin alot of fuel out of the injectors with the safc. does that sound right?

whats the max hp i can make with just a safc safely. ima do a race gas tune with about 25-30 psi and see what number i can make.?

also this is a bone stock 1jz should i worry about anything like head gasket or something.

I am not too keen on the W28 tranny. I have heard that their max is about 450HP, maybe someone can correct me on this.I think you would need bigger than 440 injectors if you plan on making anymore power as those injectors might be maxed out. With SAFC wouldn't use anything bigger than 550s. Im my opinion, if you want to make big power or run high boost, I would run a stand alone. People have ran the 1JZ with stock head gasket to over 500 HP on a regular basis, so no worries there granted your engine is in good condition.

i wouldnt correct that much with an safc. i say lower your fuel pressure a bit and retune it. 30% correction is too much to trust in a piggy back.

I would think you'd be close to maxxing out ur injectors if your putting down that much. Although it is a mustang dyno

What is your base fuel pressure??? Did you do the 12v mod???

yes i did the 12v mod. base fuel pressure i forget what it is but its low. under 40psi.

and i think i just found out the limit to the trans today. it shattered doin a 2nd gear brake boost.

Oh Congrats on breaking the trans lol... Is it a SC300 w58 or supras?

sc300 w58 with 210k on it.... what else can i swap in it with out changing the clutch and driveshaft and stuff.

how much would it cost to buy built internals for the 5 speed or buy a built one

to go r154 you will need trans, bell housing, drive shaft (length is different so is output splines) , r154 flywheel, r154 clutch. the clutch to flywheel is a different bolt pattern than w58. the clutch is a pull type, so you will need a slave cylinder also for r154.
if you cant find a w58 i might be able to pull one from a junk yard

i might just go to a w58 for now till i find the soarer drop in trans...
