Correct Way To Put Eibach Springs?

I have the front on the middle ring and the rear on the bottom ring.

It's leave the perches at the highest level personally, since the eibach springs already lower the car.

It's actually a "retention" ring IIRC and they use different pliers than snap rings. Normal snap ring pliers will break on those...

if I were though to want to change the rings settings for the front would I have to take them off again?

^take off the spring/shock combo I mean? so would lowering the ring do anything lower wise? would it give better handling?
