I am looking at this acura and in the description it says "Every so often, a little bit of oil turns up in the coolant overflow tank. It's done it since I bought the car 20thousand miles or so ago. Never gets any worse, doesn't seem to affect anything, but you need to know about it.

Does that mean it has a leaky headgasket?

Only get it with the expectation that the first thing you'll do is take apart the head and inspect/fix it. Oil showing up in the coolant means there is probably a good chance coolant is getting in the oil. Not good. I would expect a BHG and/or rod knock from that vehicle...
