Coolant is disapearing...

How many people aren't going to read the title, nothing else, and say BHG? :)

My coolant is leaking out of the cap and I just fill the resevoir to the middle between the full marking and the bottom, it leaks out the cap.

Is my cap bad, or should I expect this because I keep filling the resevoir so that it is in the middle of full and empty?

Thanks for the help!

When you get your new just look at them side by side. It will be very clear to you. Too much to desribe at the momnet. (Actually too lazy to type it all out.)

Now that I've looked at more of the car I've also noticed coolant all over the side of the radiator with the cap above it, and all over the front in general (however the left side of the radiator has nothing on it, but coolant is on that side in front of it, just not on it)

hard to describe, and almost impossible to take pictures of (the freaking lens is too long, I will have a normal camera asap tho)

I cannot tell where the coolant is coming from, or how long it has been there. All I can think is maybe the radiator is leaking as well as the cap, but I don't have much experience.

The areas I have marked with red. If you look you will see worn/torn gasket. That could very well leak coolant under operating temp/pressure. Fill with coolant, replace cap and rinse radiator off so you will be able to see any new coolant that may be present. If more coolant shows up on radiator you need to do a pressure test and verify problem.

I think that it only looks like the gasket is wearing, beacause the coolant is on all parts of it but those areas, making the parts it is on stick out, I can take more pics when I get home if that will help

tahnks for taking the time!

Umm...that is physically impossible unless you have more serious problems. The fan pulls air from the front of the car towards the engine. It will never push it to the front of the car.
