Behind the keyboard...
Hi guys,

i've been hardwiring my maft pro into the supe's engine harness today using this diagram:

87-88%20Wiring%20Diagram%20Rev.2.gif

Needless to say it wasn't that hard but then i went on by hardwiring the LC1 in. BUT... in the diagram above you see a green wire, which my LC1 doesn't have. After doing a bit of research i found out that the green wire is only missing on the early production LC1's. The green wire on the "newer production" LC1's is supposed to be a Analog Ground wire.

Can anyone tell me what i should hook up to the purple wire from the 10pin connector on the MAFTPro ? Should i leave it open ? Connect the Yellow wire from the LC1 to it or what ? It says in the LC1's manual that the Blue, White and Green wire should all be connected to the same ground source. Is the purple wire on the 10pin connector a ground source ?

connect the MAFT pro's purple wire to the LC-1's ground point (blue and white wires).

BTW- you've got it backwards: the newer LC-1s DO NOT have the green wire. i.e. you have a later version.... ;) apparently it was causing confusion among all the kiddies that were trying to install them...
