13 pounds will kill a stock CT pretty fast...not to mention, that's close to the end of the turbo's efficiency range.

ER no.

The stock ct, in GOOD HEALTH, should be able to run @ 14psi all day long.

What kills a CT26 running 14psi is the fact that most of them have over 60,000 miles of hell and abuse on them.

I personally know that the Garrett wheel that replaces the stock ct26 makes full efficiency @ 15-17psi and can produce over 30psi!

Haha, well I am guessing there are very few people on this board who have a stock CT26 with less than 60,000 miles, unless it has been rebuilt/upgraded.

When you say "garrett wheel", is that a stock-sized replacement wheel, or a larger wheel?

i ran my stock CT at ~15psi for a little over a year as a daily driver before it took a dump. i agree a stock ct in good health can last a while.
