didnt want to start a whole new thread but it didnt let me post on an old thread b/c it was too old, my questions is... will not disconnecting the cam sensor cause you to get wrong/bad readings
i got
1. 165
2. 160
3. 162
4. 165
5. 160
6. 162

are these numbers a bit high, seems like everyone else is getting around 150,

Results look good. Not disconnecting the CPS should not mess the readings up.

There is a procedure documented in the "Articles" tab on the menu bar.

They look perfect to me. The last time I did mine, I got roughly 165-170. I did it on a warm engine with the throttle opened up 100%.

Normal operating temp with throttle wide open and a fully charged battery.

I had mine being powered by a idling car for most accurate results.

Found this in our Articles section. For those of you who haven't checked it out, it's got some really cool and informative threads on there. Top left of this page.

Ohhh yeah. I printed that off a week ago when I had bought my sparks and wires. That makes the whole process easy as can be. It's also important to note that you will also need the procedures to remove the 3000 pipe and coilpack, and it doesn't hurt to swap out your plugs and wires if you haven't already done so. I printed everything off in order so there would be no question what needed to come off first, what needed to be done next, etc...

EDIT: the other procedures are also located in the Articles section as well. They are...

You should also pull the efi fuse. spraying fuel into your cylinder durning the test will give you a false higher number since fuel takes up space.
