What/where can I get some heat prevention matrial on your wiring harness behind your turbo?

any hot rod store....or summitracing.com or similar.

Normally, I think anything other than stock bodied Supras are repulsive. I've seen three, including one MkIV, that I liked, and now that number is four. Absolutely gorgeous man

its a terrible feeling isnt it? i was used to my 86.5, i didnt care if it got more scratched or scuffed or what have you.

now whenever i see someone parking near my car im on high alert....i have to telll my friends, "you know i just washed my car, please keep your GREASY HANDS OFF THE PAINT!"

@ the car show pictued, one of the red bull girls was standing next to the car....her keys were clipped on her belt and they touched the fender. i went off on her....STEP AWAY FROM THE CAR! :3d_frown:

that's grounds for death right there. heh, even though my car's a complete bucket, i still get pissy when some kid leans over it with his janitor's keys dangling off his belt.

the rad is a two core dual pass unit....i think it was for a rustang, but i'm not sure.

yes, LOTS of rice on this car.....just wait til i put my 3.0 GT Turbo A stickers on!

In regards to the heat protection, is it flipped inside out or over on the wiring harness? Reason I ask is your car is not the only one I've seen with it like that, and was wondering if it is in fact flipped over, and why it's done like that?

nope, the foil just fell off. there's no way you could turn it inside out....

I'm curious to know what the bumper looks like behind the Turbo A duct. I would imagine that since it's there, you made it functional. So, how much of the bumper remains and how much do you think it affected the crash safety?

stock bumper, slotted for duct, plated to retain crash worthiness.
