I think there's a couple people running on this setup, I thought there was a thread in this section where someone posted a picture or had some feedback.
I'm a little worried about riding on the bumpstops under cornering if you aren't using the stock height perch with the stock springs. The stock springs are pretty soft and there isn't much shock travel in the front, but that doesn't mean there isn't much wheel travel. But the amount of shock travel that is taken up with stock rate springs just due to the weight of the car, can use up a lot of the available shock travel and by lowering the car with the perches like that, it can make the car more prone to riding on the bumpstops under cornering especially if there are any bumps or rough patches in the road.
But some people seem to be having success with it. I don't know how their driving their cars or what kind of situations they are getting in. But these are my concerns just based on the numbers and the geometry. With the stock springs, there is a decent amount of preload at the stock perch height, but I have not taken the time to measure this, so I don't know how much preload there will be on the spring at different perch heights on the Bilsteins.
