iwannadie said:Your at fault, whats the problem? Good luck beating the racing ticket when you got all these other violations under your belt. Of course the judge is gonna throw the book at you. Maybe youd get off the racing ticket if you had a clean record. Doesnt matter if you go over the limit or not anyways, its all about exibition of speed.
Its all stupid stuff, no front plate come on its your own fault. Ya that ticket isnt a big deal but when the big ticket(racing) comes along it makes you look guilty!
Sounds like you shouldnt be on the road anyways, hope they take your license. I dont want to be the car around you when you decide to run from the cops next time.

Think of the 1000's of times you've broken the road laws and haven't been caught

Dunckel said:The racing ticket should be written as "unlawful comparison of speed". Take it to court. If the no one else was cited (they weren't) then there wasn't a comparison of speed. No comparison of speed = no racing. Advice from a lawyer.

mkiiSupraMan18 said:^ No... waiting 10 seconds for the car to pass... yielding?
*edit*
If the date complained about you not going, just remind her you had precious cargo on board so you were being extra careful.
Dunckel said:I don't think you will need a lawyer. The other two citations are nothing really, compared to a racing ticket. Fix your front plate before you go to court, apologize for "not yielding", and fight that racing ticket. Tell the judge you weren't racing. It can't be proven and there was no comparison of speed. Nothing to compare to.
