When i picked up my 91 turbo the guy i bought it from told me it needed a cold start valve. It takes a few seconds longer than normal to start, he said that was the reason. I just wanna know if thats the reason or not. Also i have 2 7m-ge parts motors, should i just swap one over or buy a new one?

Injector is notorious for getting fouled, remove and clean (can even send it out like any other injector to be cleaned and flowtested...)
