cold remedies, got one?

Someone once told me to try to pop 2 vitamin c with echinacea pills and then chase them with the juice of 2 lemons. Didn't believe them but they made me try it, cold was totally gone the next day. True story

Yup, I did a little research. Airborne settled for 23 million for false advertising. It's just a vitamin.

I don't drink, so I'm gonna have to find another remedy. Is there anything over the counter that works well?

You do realize almost all of these cold medicines have alcohol in them right?

lots of sleep. as much as you can get. lots of hot sauce and really spicy stuff clears me right up. and the ricola with echinacea(sp?) seems to work really well for me. i forget the exact name but they say that on them and there in a pink bag and there cheap

Im a little late to this party, but something that gets me over colds in a day or so, is 3 bottles a day of grapefruit juice, along with 2 redbulls.
