Cold air intakes?

Are there any good k&n cold air intakes or any cold air intakes that are quality that work on the 7mge? Thank you

I have one on my truck and it's a total rip off and not worth it. I hate it, no real performance gains and I lose the ability to buy anything not K&N to replace the filter :/

K&N has cold air intakes. But the 7M engine is not one of them. Most of the newer ones called Gen II are cold air style.

I've never used one but I've heard good things from stock replacement air filters by k&n

There is a thread somewhere that says the Apexi Intake is the best one for the 7MGE, won't do much though anyways being as it is NA, but if you really wanna do it I recommend finding a way to make a heat shield of sorts to keep the engine hot air away from it.

The only reason I changed from the factory airbox is because it didn't fit with my hardpipes...
