I have a question about coilover adjustments.

I have KSport coil overs and i'm just trying to figure out what is the best way to adjust the ride height of the vehicle.

Should i adjust it from the body? (lower part) or the springs

What are the advantages and disadvantages of both if i could do one or the other. Thanks

Mine look like the one to the left

Set spring preload at about zero all around, just enough preload to hold the spring in place with the shock unloaded. And then set height with the lower mount. If you need to go lower, then you can look at using the spring perch, but I doubt you will need to.

If you add preload, you're pre compressing your spring and eliminating a certain amount of travel in the spring. You should lower the shock body before reducing the amount your spring can compress

However, if you're as low as my Supra is you need ALOT of preload in the front to keep from rubbing the wheel.
