Coil Pack won't deliver spark

I've had this problem for a while now. The trouble with my car was that it would start on and off. Sometimes the car would start first key. Sometimes she wouldn't start at all. I figured the coil pack was on its way out. About 2 weeks ago, she wouldnt start at all. I tested the igniter and the igniter was sending power to the coilpack. I checked the power at the coilpack to see if it was recieving power from the igniter and it was recieving power. The problem is that the coilpack wont send spark to the plugs.
I tested the resistance on all 3 coils and it was 0.7 ohms when the TSRM says it should be between 0.3-0.5.

I immediatly got another coilpack off of a running Supra. When I recieved it, I tested the resistance, and it had a higher resistance than my original coilpack. I tried it anyway, and as I suspected, the coilpack wouldn't send spark.

I am thinking, if my CPS was not aligned properly, would it have anything to do with my coilpack sending spark? Might be a stupid question but hey I gotta try..

I need help quick because I have to drive to college half an hour away everyday, and I've been getting a ride for the past 2 weeks. It is becoming frustrating now.
Any help would be appreciated.

Yep they are grounded properly. I tried grounding them at the original spot and I tried grounding them at one of the valve cover bolts.

I replaced the phillips head valve cover screws with 10mm stainless steel bolts.

hi i can guarantee this will fix your problem. first tell me when you turn the key your tach needle should jump up and down a little. if not then this is the prob for sure. check your cam position sensor. make sure the connection is clean and plugged in all the way. send me a message back i would like to know if if works

After searching and reading this post:

I have come to conclusion that there must be a fault within my CPS.
MaxBoostedSupra, you were correct. There is a fault in the wiring. The black wire on the male plug of the CPS is detached from the rest of the plug. I'm figuring this is why the coilpack is recieving no signal from the ECU to spark.

Would it work if I extended that ground wire and grounded it somewhere else?
Just wondering if that would work meanwhile I find another male plug with all the wires in tact.

im not sure i would just get some contact cleaner spray both sides of the plug and then pack it with dielectric grease, and just push the wire thru the plastic casing so it has connection.

I grounded it somewhere else just now and it didn't work. Its hard to push it through the casing. If you look at yours, you'll see why.
When I come home, I will try to push it through though.

I spliced the broken wire directly into the wire on the female side of the connector and the car started up no problem. I have a severe rough idle though. The timing is set correctly though. Im not sure what more could cause a rough idle.
