i was told i could repair the hairline cracks in my coils using clear nail polish, is this true?

if so, is it a perminant fix, or just to give me a few more months outta them.

as it is right now, my engine breaks up bad, but only under full load at around 6500rpm

thanks in advance for any input

nail polish only buys you some time..........i pulled my coil packs out, and the nail polish was all burned off, pretty cool actually.

i tried epoxy, but it didn't stick. then i read the back, and it said "does not work on polyethylene and polypropylene plastics".......so try to avoid those kinds.

should i coat the whole coil in it, or just where there are cracks?
