Well, the low afr's might cause the misfire, or the misfire might result in low afr's(unburned fuel= rich).

Actually... if your engine misfires its normal for a wideband to report leaner AFR because you will have both unburnt fuel & air. The lambda sensor will detect the excess oxygen and report a leaner mixture.

So does this mean it is not a miss fire ?

So i took a quick video but you can't really here the missing but it does it on every pull except the first pull at part throttle

Another thing i thought I might add to the possibilities of this issue is the cps and timing being off.

When I got my head back from the machine shop it was measured at 4.545 and i was told the min is 4.560 so this leaves me at .015in or 0.318mm under. Only reason I bring this up is I read that this can throw the cps off.

Head was installed with a composite gasket and a block that has never been machined only cleaned by hand

I installed the cps like the TSRM says too and set the timing with a timing light to 10* with te1 and e1 jumped.

Is it possible that this can be causing me a issue or is it more then likely due to the engine codes being caused by short circuits?

P.s new harness is on it's way. I just wanted to share my thoughts.

UPDATE

My car is fixed 100% I went ahead and replaced the wiring harness instead of trying to re wire the Knock sensors for a 4th time.

It solved all my issues including going extremely rich,Missing under load,Hesitation and power lose.

That's great news! One question though, did these problems seem to be intermittent? For example after you cleared all of the codes would it sometimes behave normally and other times it would not?

I could clear the codes and they would be back by the time i went over 3,000 rpms or 30% throttle (rough estimate)
