I am still at a loss. I replaced the injector o-rings and any and all slightly cracked vacuum lines. I have checked a new ecu and it wasn't the problem. I then realized that there was a large amount of oil in my intake despite the catch can being properly installed. I then decided to replace my 60-1 ct26 upgraded turbo for a custom made T-67. I am still in the process of getting this swap completed as I was interupted due to my having to leave Toronto for university in Montreal. If the problem pursists after the turbo swap I am going to an injector place to see if one of my injectors is fucked (which would suck since they have less then 5000 km on them.) Other then that I'm afraid I have no definitive answer. However, I will most likely have one by next spring.

PS. THe intake oil is not from the head gasket, the motor is a fresh rebuild < 5000 km on it with very rare hard driving. ( and I checked for BHG and there was none.)

LoL indeed, the nice thing about it, however, is that I have been replacing and cleaning so much for so long that I am now fairly skilled in the art of ripping things apart. It is definitely worth it.

wow, i was having the same problem with my new lexus afm also. I bought it fairly brand new , i mean this sucker was almost brand new condition. Then i did my fresh rebuild with airesearch t04e installed running with stock 440ccs and the same problem came up with me. My car would run fine and all but when you're at a dead stop the idle will drop down to 500rpm and the check engine light would come on and my air/fuel ratio will be all the way over at the rich side and also black smoke would come out the exhaust. The way how i solved my problem was that i replaced my lexus afm electronics with an old 87 stock turbo afm's electronic. Now i can drive my car but it idles at 1250rpm and that sucks. anyways my car is driveable but i can't really hit on the gas cause my turbo psi studders and other shit are happening. So much shit involved when you upgrade a turbo.........oh yeah by the way mines a 90 turbo manual.

hmm, mine is ghetto fixed because I pulled out the idle screw to ~1500 rpm. Yep thats right, no more gas needed when leaving after a stop sign. I could do it before, but now the car just smoothly glides into first :p I am, however, very much intent on getting the problem fixed, even if it is the death of me. (I already lost a lot of blood getting the header heat shield off when installing the new turbo. My t-67 is soo big that it would only fit when the heat shield was removed.
