Code 14

I did a diagnostic and I pulled up a few codes. 14 and 52. I'm not too worried about the code 52 as it's a knock sensor.

Code 14 is the ignition signal.

Ignition and ignition coil circuit
Ignitor and ignition coil
ECU

That would explain why it sputters and backfires sometimes under WOT. I've replaced the spark plugs (gapped to .32) and put in new wires. Any way I can check the ignitor and coil to see which one it is?

EDIT - The coilpack is grounded to the head and all the connections are tight.

Check and make sure all the connections from your igniter to coil packs are all nice and tight. Also the green connector to your CPS might be bad.
