Yes, I searched and couldn't find anything regarding our transmission. I'm trying to find a clutch that can hold a good amount of power when I go NA-T this summer, somewhere around 325-350hp is where I'll be. Anybody have any ideas? I'd like to do this instead of converting to R154, and I'm pretty sure my new OEM clutch won't be able to hold the power I'm after.

Im personally lookin @ the spec clutches.
Yeah, I'm looking @ SupraSport right now, Stage 3 holds 110% over stock, and Stage 4 holds 170% over stock, and they're both the same price, so I might as well get the Stage 4 so I can actually turn up the boost.

speaking of clutches....., can anyone tell me what's up here. I just replaced with a new oem clutch and an oem flywheel. I took the car to the dealer to get it done because I don't have those type of tools. And Upon return the car is making some kind of vibration that shakes the rear end when you are stopped at a light. I place it into neutral and it stops. Upon engeging the clutch in reverse I am getting some kind of horrid chatter?? I know it's a bit off topic, but it's still on topic. Please help, I am at a loss And out 4bills.

take the car back to the dealer dude, that shouldnt happen with a stock clutch. Besides if they did the work and its fucked up they should fix it for free.

Oh and as far as clutches go, I plan on using the ACT pp made for our cars and one of the spec disks for the r154. It should hold as much power as I can put down with the w58 ~300-350whp. And you guys should def talk to jeff, ive met him in person, very nice guy to deal with.

alright...., I am taking the car in on manday. I just spoke to the supervisor of the gent that was blowing me off. He basically tells me that, yes. Bring the car in on monday, Well run through and try to find out what is up and make sure the tech's didn't leave something out and I will personally, he tells me, handle your car and see it through all of the steps required.

What does have that have to do with finding a correct clutch?

I am using a centerforce on my w58. Holds power up to 16psi just fine. Anything over 16psi and it slips. If your aim is 300-350, it should be fine.

I wouldn't recommend Centerforce as I had a bad experience with them on my N/A. I had their DF which at the time was supposed to be their best clutch. It lasted about 5,000 miles on a mildly modded N/A before it took a crap. I then switched to a RPS stage 3 and it held the power much better. The SPEC should be comparable and hold some decent power. The W58 should handle the power you seek with no problems.

How much power were you running then, and how much did that clutch cost you?
