Anything quicker 11.99 with a manual trans. You also cannot run factory flywheel.. Its in the general rules

For drag racing?

What about circuit/track cars?
I dont know about road race cars...I would have to rethink my whole setup to even thimk about being competitive in a road race unless the road race was about 1320" in a straight line..

Actually it is 11.49 and faster. It has been a new rule placed last season. That one would work for me I am sure. Please let me know how much and PM me for details if you like. As far as OEM flywheel, noone can tell. :biglaugh:

What would be different on your set-up than on mine anyway?

If you competeing they are going to want SFI numbers off the flywheel when you go through tech.
the only differences will probably be where the downpipe is routed and how much room you have..

Also would be interested in buying one. Does anybody have an up-to-date list of NHRA rules and requirements?

You may want to look at the revised rules as well (see below link)

Duane uses a stock flywheel?????????????????

Yes and have been for years :biglaugh: I like my OEM flywheel but it may change if I go Tilton since they can't use the OEM. If I go Spec, we will see what they say.

Doward: No problem :)
