My clutch master went out so I got a new one put it in and not I'm trying to bleed my clutch but the clutch pedal goes down to the floor and won't come back up. Can anyone let me me know what the problem is and how I fix it?

The TSRM is your friend. Bleeding the clutch is much easier with two people, as well. You should also be using your hand to move the pedal, not your foot, if you aren't already.
