Haha wish i new that before i searched and searched and searched for the 1jz part number! found the 2jz one fairly quickly but i thought they would be different.

I have go to say if u guys can honestly replace this washer in an hour thats insane. its taken me an hour to drain the oil, remove my coil packs, plugs, jack the car up and take the oil pan off. But i am working very slow.

I also found a very bad connection on my number 2 coil pack wich i believe was causing my miss fire at 9-10 psi. The wire actualy broke out of when i tried to remove the coil pack wires from the coil pack. The number 1 and 2 cylinders both dont have coil pack connectors, just high temp sylicone holdin them in :(. Deffinently orderin some tomorow!

So i have the oil pan unbolted, but it wont drop. I can see what appears to be silicone not a gasket. Is there anything else that would be holding the pan up? I don't want to wreck anything. I have checked and rechecked and checked again that every bolt is out of the oil pan.
I would rather not use a screwdriver to pry the pan off. Any other suggestions as it appears you guys have done this a few times.

I got the oil pan off and everything fully disassembled. Only issue was my thrust washere were in my oil pan not around the crank. how do i move the crank forward to install the washer?
