clutch fan?

just wondering, when you guys drive around with the 7mge, do you always hear your cooling fan spinning like at a high speed? lke those garbage trucks? cuhz when i drive everyday all i hear is my radiator fan always spinning and nothing else, the sound takes over the exhaust and i wanna know if thats normal, i know my 84 supra didnt do that, it remains a constant throughout the temperature of the car, when i first start it, or after driving around for a while

No it's not normal, check the fan clutch.

generally you spin the fan by hand, if it spins more then 1-1.5 rotations spinning it as hard as you can, time for a new fan clutch

it only spins less than a second, like 270 degree rotation at the most

I believe the GTE will fit, the GTE fan has more blades.

Mine comes on at start up. Till the temp gauge rises to the C, then it stops makin the noise. Buy i used one. I tried to buy a stock plastic fan and clutch from dealer. They told me around 300 dollars. I was like. Ummmm.....F that.

Went to the junk yard and actually got a brand new one. The person who owned the junk car before, didn't know about BHG's and thought the fan was making the car overheat. Still had the Toyota Sticker on it. i got it for 15 $
