Clunking up to 20 mph

Just replaced the clutch in my r154 and now that i have it all back together i've noticed that the car makes a decently loud clunk from what seems like the output shaft area of the trans. Only does it at the beginning of 1st and 2nd and only up to 20 mph. Highway speeds its fine. Any ideas?

If anyone's curious, it was user error in bolting the carrier back on. Both bolts were pretty loose but one was almost all the way out. Guess we forgot to tighten them back up when we were bolting the DS to the diff.. :O Anywho, mods if you want to delete this thread feel free because this was an obvious error on my part.
