Driver's side kick panel.... BTW, it also feeds the stereo memory. I really suspect the fuse is just blown. Try replacing it, even if it looks fine. As for making the car run poorly: I don't think it's connected to anything critical, but a short to ground could possibly cause some minor disruptions.

hmm...ok. well its running pretty good except for some funny knocking noises sometimes...and i dont think its electrical.

dang...everything hooks up to this sucker. i'll check it out next chance i get. thanks!

oh yeah...where should i look to get a replacement...kragen or a generic auto parts store will have one right?

i've noticed some bigger ones that i've never seen at a parts store..unline the common 15, 45 and such...the little colored ones

It's a regular old 20A fuse, the 7-11 down the street from me carries them.
