Climate Control Module Question.

Does anyone know if a newer (90 and up) climate control fit and work in an 87?

Mine is starting to look a little worse than I like. Plus, the newer ones look muuuuuuch better!

Yes they work, it's an easy install. Took me about 10 minutes or so on my 87. Only issue is getting one where the buttons don't stick, sometimes, seems when it's cold, shifting from say vent mode to defrost mode, it will default to the AUTO mode and you have to keep hitting the button you want and adventually the button will respond. I understand it is a very common issue. Also in the 89-92 module, there is a bi-level selection unlike the pre-89, which has the defrost/floor together that will not work. Otherwise all works fine.
