Clear Corner Lights : Ricey?

they were on my red 88 when i bought it, and i think they grew on me.
i like them, but im also going to get some yellow/orange led bulbs too. try to get a little jdm going.

after i put the fmic on i put the stock orange on there....

I think clear corners were very cool when they were first done. Now they've become way to common, and increasingly I see them on 100% stock Hondas with big fartcan mufflers. With that said, I've come to associate them with rice.
However, on a very well done car, they still work...
