Cleaning Intercooler w/ gasoline...

I need to clean my intercooler (has 200k miles on it...lol) and I have heard that filling it with gasoline is the best way...but what do I do with the dirty gasoline after it has been used??

You don't really need a whole lot of gasoline for this... a quart is probably more than enough. I use it to clean tools or parts afterwards.

I agree with the person who stated starting a fire (MassSupra89), never waste good gas .
