Citi Card One finger TV add! with hair!

Check this out! I was sitting here lurking SM and was watchng the Pats and Chargers after game celebration. Along come this TV commercial and something catches my attention. So I hit the DVR reverse and saw what I thought I saw. It looks like the cashier taking the Citi Card is missing a finger and has hairy knuckles to boot?

they must has searched hight and low to get such a hand model
