Got her all tuned up tonight :)

No more codes since the timing has been set, runs excellent and motor sounds very very tight. I am pleased with how everything has turned out. I now know the supra much better and feel far more confident in working on it.

Took her for a test drive around the neiborhood and everything seems to be good and in working order. Thinking now I had lots of the car apart, from the engine to almost the whole interior. Most deff a great feeling to restore something thats going to be mine for a long time :)

Nice car, we have twins:biglaugh: except I have a grey interior:naughty:

What are you running for exhaust? Do you have any plans for dyno/dragging the car?

Nice you lucky bastard, the dream is to find a shadow grey interior and swap it in. ;)

Right now im running a BIC 3" ddp to the stock exhaust, im waiting on my borla muffler to arrive so I can build the SS downpipe back. Have flanges, resonator and 13 feet of 3" stainless pipe but no muffler/tip :(

Going to dyno it once the engine is broken in, have maybe 100 miles on it now so a fair bit longer till then. Maybe in stock form but a must after the 60-1 is bolted on with supporting mods and stinger.

Drag racing is in order, making my own custom traction arms, purchasing 1 piece aluminum driveshaft and MT drag radials. Still have a long ways to go on the build but it will get there soon enough :)

Started building the 3" stainless downpipe back exhaust. No cats, and a resonator so far.

Its just like Christmas every week :)

Just need a little time to do the install, hoping for coilovers, wideband, aeromotive frp, 550's, and lex afm sometime in the next week. Hopefully us okanagan people get another day that is actually barable to work in.

Got up to almost 104 degrees in the shade today :aigo: Car doesnt like this heat either..

It was a nice cool day today since all the crazy forest fires smoke, played the role of clouds, soo in went the coilovers. Was a little bit of a pain to install the rears since I had to disassemble all the interior in the trunk area to remove the TEMS motors and do modification the the rear, lower mount to make them fit. The most difficult part was trying the get the ride height adjustment just right.

For being a coilover they ride suprisingly well and handle like a dream compared to the stock suspension. Just need better brakes and a track day then they will really show.

This is the "for now" setting till the springs pack down, then the final ride height will be adjusted.

Aeromotive AFPR, J-tube delete, Lex AFM, and 550 injectors installed. Hard pipes, HKS SQV and bigger spearco rep waiting to be installed when a have a couple frees days and access to the shop.

All thats left for my goals this year is a 57 trim ct and a SAFC II or Neo, she has come along ways in the last 6 months when I started this build back in March. Very pleased so far with the power its making already. Cant wait to put down even more power with the last 3 mods of the year.

No sir not yet. Been getting all the other "little" things done before I put out the $ for a turbo.

Started with building a quick/easy install mount for the inter cooler to get it right where I wanted and not jimmied together.

Cut and fit the piping then tig welded the seams. Used as little couplers as possible to reduce the tendency for a boost leak.
p1536942_2.jpg

Made myself a recirculation fitting for the HKS SSQV so the car would run properly (bugs me when shit doesnt work right)
p1536942_3.jpg

p1536942_4.jpg

Modified my BIC divorced DP into a recirculated divorced pipe so I can actually pass DB ratings at auto cross and other events that have them.

Currently waiting on new subframe spacers from Randy at BIC to help get ride of some shimmy. Setting up the coil overs to really make them work well is on the list. 4 corner weight balance and more preload. New wheels are on my mind since I want to get hella flush too.

Finally finished up the car mostly and put her back on the road. Some of the stuff I did.

Installed AEM Tru boost into car, yay for now more ghetto manual controllers.

Install a new accordian pipe, bye bye old leaky one
p1551292_2.jpg

New rims and tire I picked up from the Portland Swap meet. Getting the car to fit these wheels was pretty time consuming. Rolled fenders all around and the rears have been pulled a lot. Overall fitment is very flush with no rubbing or clearance issues.

18 x 9 +27 fronts with
18 x 10 + 21 rears
17 x 10.5 +27 with mickey thompson street radials mounted

Loteck pillar pod installed and cleaning up the interior a crazy amount.

Picked up my 57-trim CT26 from washington today and snapped a pick in Pentiction, BC on the way home. As she sits now.
