It's funny everyone is debating headgaskets and no one seems to be addressing the real problem.
Your "chip" is most likely the result electrolysis and this is not going to go away with a new headgasket or copper spray. You should complete a simple check for electrolysis and correct the cause of it. Most likely bad antifreeze or an improper electrical ground. See attached link for more info.
