I think you guys are getting alittle bent. Theres always going to be someone like him out there. Theres not much you can do(except hound him.which you've done), and it will probably sell anyway.
The guy is lessfortunate. If your up on your stuff. Then you'll know not to buy from him.

Yeah i have an uncle that lives in pheonix. It was pretty nice but after living in TN the air is to dry and hard to breath, but i guess an ocean would fix that.
