Thanks Big D. I have only washed it so far. Once it's detailed, I would park next to you, that's how clean it will be.
Chris (sponsored1) gave me some testing tools and some direction, so I have some actual numbers.
I did a compression test. The lowest was 120 on #2, the rest were 130+ up to 150 or so.
I also did a leak down test. All were basically zero.
I think I hear a vacuum leak around the master when its running, but I haven't found it yet.
It runs good but the idle is fair at best.
I pulled some codes.

24 is the intake air temp sensor. I didn't find the rest on the how to check codes page after I printed it. With my black car and its standalone, I thought I would never need to know how to check codes. Now I know.
And my hood struts came in, Look Ben, no hands. I don't know how you do the head gasket twice without them.

As of now, the plan is to fix the n/a and just drive it as is.
