The force is strong with this one......

i have some 18x8.5 (different wheels) with a +35 mm offset, will that look decent?
+35 looks perfect on my car.

yes it does, sweet. cant wait to mount them on the car, but still shopping for tires. any suggestions on sizing, car has eibach springs would like to go as fat :evil2: as possible in the back (but only have 8.5" wide wheels all around) want to avoid rub, but have a mean stance....

Mine are 9.5" in the back and I wanted to go with 275's, but they didn't have any, so I got some 265's to tide me over until spring. I don't know what the largest size is you can go with on the 8.5's but Boris will probably know.

275's  drool...... maybe in a yr or two i'll retire these for some wider rims and can have some fatty 275's.... till then im thinking 255 might even be stretching too far....

You could go 255s on an 8.5" rim without the sidewall bulging too much. (This also depends on the manufacturer of the tire). 235/245 are the ideal tires for 8.5" for proper fitment.

I actually like the Sawblades better.

And a 245 tire is probably what would be recommended by a tire manufacturer for an 8.5" wheel.

They are gorgeous rims (Manarays are a fave of mine), but PLEASE fix them up!!!!!!!!! (Cleaning them and a better offset will go a long way)

i didnt know if you were talking about what fit or what you thought looked good. from those sites, i see up to a 265 for a 8.5" rim

They'll fit, but the sidewalls will bulge a lot. 265 is way too wide. Performance will be poor.
