I recently tore apart my interior and used the duplicolor vinyl and fabric paint to change all of the fabric to black. I think it came out pretty nice, it was slightly rough at first but I brushed all of the fabric with a hard bristle hair brush and it is almost back to the normal feel of the fabric. Heres a few before and after pics. Let me know what you guys think.

I love the idea, but unfortunately don't think it looks all that crash hot - the colour isn't very even.
Did this w/ my 82... I would recommend using RIT dye on the carpets, it worked out MUCH better for me.
i might end up spraying it again at some point but for now i am going to leave it be, i am just happy that doesnt look like ass anymore. as for it being uneven, there is nothing i can do for it, it changes shade as the fabric is moved like suede does.
^ Use the rit.... It even soaks down to the padding so you dont have to worry about that happening anymore.
i'll probably try the rit next time i do it and make it darker. the grey color in the first two pictures was the original color.
It's going to fade big time.

personally i would have just kept it the stock color especially with it looking blotchy now but thats just my opinion.
