be careful not to paint your highbeam bulb... otherwise it turns out purple..

I cut out a replacement for the green turn signal plastic lens out of 1/8" acrylic and applied frosted tint.... looks great. Another option would be applying some light tint, such as 20% grey, that way when they're off it looks black. :icon_bigg

Green FTW. I changed my AE86 to green and my Supra is staying green. I keep them both turned down slightly so that at night they are easy to look at without causing your eyes to have to adjust to the light. :)

And so we should do our very own "Supramania Stroop Effect Test" sometime soon :biglaugh:

EDIT: Just searched for a while. Found a nice long thread (19 pages so far) on the LEDs for the CC. Now, I can't seem to find in it the damn size for the LED's for the CC (excluding the digital display). Anybody care to help me out on that one bit? Great time to test out the soldering iron I borrowed 3 weeks ago. In fact, CRE, it was a thread made by you on your blue lighting, including the digital display (very damn good work btw).
If your going to change the CC led's just be careful with the boards, they tend to be very fragile....I was very gentle with mine and pulled just slightly too hard and broke one in half the had to hunt down another 89+ CC

The guage cluster is easy to remove. Remove the upper facia, black, mounted above the guage cluster. Remover the center bezel and pull the accessory switch panel... then remove the screws holding the cluster in (they're along the top and bottom). Pull the cluster forward, disconnect the harness connections and you're good.

oh I didn't know the spedo. was just part of the harness, do you have to remove anything else to get to the bulbs?

The speedo is analog and connects via a socket. When you pull the cluster forward about an inch it disconnects. Nothing you need to do there.

Are those the stock bulbs in the Supra? They look greener and brighter than mine.
