cf fx ic block off plate interest thread

I got mine today and it looks amazing. The quality is great, has a nice high luster finish and fits like a glove. When I test fitted it, I noticed a dramatic inprovement in the way the engine bay looked. You see nice shiney CF and no ugly horn, collant resevoir and rad cacked with bugs. I do have one question regarding install. Is the block off plate supposed to just sit there or is there mounting hardware needed. Some one please let me and others around here know.

I think that if it just sits there it may risk fall of on the road. It sure does clean uo the look of the engine bay.

Tucks in under the nose lip and just rest on top of the radiator frame. A little upward bending to the nose lip may be necessary to fit the CF under

I have been wanting to get this plate for a while but had other things to buy. The GB made me get it now. Its a very nice piece. Great group buy. Thanks to everyone who helped this come about.

Got mine installed today. I had to cut a little notch in the front edge of the panel to make it fit right. Took me about 15 minutes to get it in just the way I wanted. Looks good!
