Actually you got that one backwords, Traveling faster than the speed of light allows you to go back in time. Not the other way around.

That theory crossed my mind as well but didn't have much to say about it. I find the theory I mentioned more fun simply because of how confusing it could really get.

Also, its you who has it backwards. First, he said at the speed of light, you can't go faster than the speed of light. In all reality, even getting very close to the speed of light time itself slows for those or whatever is traveling. This is in fact something that is proven.

This is just incorrect. The theory of relativity tells otherwise. Its also common knowledge that something cant be in two places simultaneously but that has since been disproven. At one point the earth was flat too.
