Now im hoping this shouldn't cost more then 900 buxs right??? im going to go to a performance shop in red deer called lightspeed wich cares the apexi brand(along with some other ones) and c how much it cost for a nice catback system. how much does the apexi brand catback system usually run?

If you want inexpensive and almost complete plug and play, the Cooleeze catback pipes are the way to go. It has hangers on it that fit into where the stock hangers go in. Paid $270 shipped for mines. Awesome quality for the price!

I know that it's not available for the MKIII anymore, but I'm a huge fan of the Apex GT Spec style.

I own a Blitz cat-back and I really dig it.

My dad has a HKS Drager and it's too damn quiet.

For my next system I'll see what Randy of BIC has available. I might go with either that or the HPF Goliath.

Ok I have a choice between the 2 the Hks dragger for around 950 buxs or the tanabe system for 750. the tanabe system is 200 dollars cheaper. But i have no idea what either looks like or sounds. Does some one have pics of either exhuast. I also hear the hks dragger and tanabe are both really quite wich I do like an exhaust that makes some noise to it. Wich one out of the 2 is the loudest and nicest sounding???? also which one flows better?? any input would be great guys!

Edit: ok after much resarch I found that both are very quite wich is gay. Though the tanabe sounds much better becuases its cheaper and it is stainless steel. I was wondering if a local exhaust shop could cut out the resonator and still make it flow the same and would it make it sound louder???

You'd be out of your mind to pay the prices you listed for either of those exhausts. Who the hell is trying to rip you off like that?

If you got the resonator removed from an exhaust it'd definitely be louder.

Beware of the RSR cat-back. There is no flange, it's a BS slip-on style. I'm sure that HPF has a picture of it if they offer it.

If you want a fairly loud exhaust then Blitz may be a great choice for you. Full SS piping and muffler and down around $500.

Notice that he's in Canada, now remember they don't have real money. The rsr is awesome i think, there are 2 really stiff springs on each side and a big clamp that hold it tight, I've had it for a while now and haven't had any problems. Another note on the rsr, look at mvp potorsports in the mkIII section and check out the specials, great price, even in that funny money.

Has anyone tried the Exhaust Depot system? I think that would sound good. N-1 can and a small, straight flowing resonator.

I would get the pipes from Cooleeze and use whatever muffler you want.

I'm liking this...use whatever muffler you want. BTW, Cooleeze in in Vancover BC and Greg's a good guy...does some of the best welding I've ever seen.
