is there anyone who makes mk3 supra carbon fiber doors and panels and fenders?

No, I don't think they are. You can e-mail Shine about them though. Right now they currently have the Kaze Widebody rear quarters (though I think those are fiberglass reinforced with carbon fiber ~ $300-ish from what I remember) and there's a group buy for the S2 front wide fenders.

Hope your wallet is heavy, but I've seen (and have some) of these things around in various places. Don't think I've seen the interior door panels in CF, just the outer skin on rhdjapan's site.

im pretty sure if you sent your door panels to retro-spec and there is enough demand for them, they could start making them. There is a guy in SF that makes custom CF Parts and is always looking for new products.

i have seen retro specs work n install the parts n not to my liking u can read the review by manny i was helping him install them
