car won't start

hey this is urgent help please, my car wont start at all, I checked all the fuses and their all intact, but theres no power to my window, seats, dash except for door and airbag light, other than that nothing else is powered, and the car doesn't crank at all, any idea? everything is plugged in too
I was just driving, (automatic) when I was going down hill, I switched to neutural and then all the electronics in my car died except for my motor and speedo, after I turn it off, that's it, it doesnt start anymore. Help guys, I have finals tomorrow so I need it running asap!

I have had this same problem.

You need to check all your relays and the main power fuseable links under the hood.

Also, put your key in the driver's door. Lock it. Unlock it. Try and start the car.

this happend to my supra juast two weeks ago, i couldn't find anything, so i took it to a shop, and what they found was that some wires on my harness were getting melted... luckily i had a spare harness that i got off a supra from the local junkyard, ODO was about 60K...and well i had them put that in, and Tah Dah! it runs better than ever! =)

I'm not saying that's your solution as well, but that's what happened with me.

oh and also, this was after a few runs on the local road. drove fine one day, and dutring the runs, and on the way home, then the next morning i had your problem...

his car is at my shop right now, and I'm guessing that it's either the harness, or the ecu.

There's no check engine light showing up, so something's REALLY wrong. Anybody got a spare '89+ turbo auto ecu?

My wires by the front drivers side headlight melted and caused similar problems.

wow... my post count is SUPER low... probably because of the upgrade that reset everything.




oh yeah...it was a stupid fuse that SOMEONE, missed....good work jackie
AM1 was the culprit. Now I have to figure out why that happened.
