:3d_frown: It starts fine, then all of a sudden won't crank at all...It is pissing me off to no end. I have almost been late for work twice, and had to have the wife take me. I gotta get that Honda home quick. The Supra has become to unreliable. Is it the starter getting weak? Or maybe an electrical issue? Anyone elses car done this? :1zhelp:

get naked & boost a supra
mine was doing something similar, but i changed the starter contacts and didn't really get any more problems. couple days ago i put an optima 34a in the car and it is having problems starting now. i don't think it has a full charge though, when i turn the keys to acc. the turbo timer reads 11.5-11.9 volts

mine does it sometimes. when i turn it to acc, the stock volt gauge reads 12. when i try to turn it on, it drops to like 10-11. no cranking, just nothing. thought it may be the starter, but idk.

It does make a click, but won't turn over..it got to were I could turn the key several times and eventually it would crank, but now it wont crank at all....sometimes it would fire right up though....It is freaking weird. Myabe the starter is weak I guess...also my ALT gauge is reading 10 when I turn it on to acc, but my headlights burn bright..and if I hook a jump on it, it still reads 10...Then when I crank it it goes to 0. ???

Clean the battery terminals. Check that the signal wire to the starter has good contact. You can test your batt. Have your wife crank the car while you check the batt. with a volt meter. If it drops below 10 volts, go get a new one. Check the main power wire from the batt. to the starter, and the ground from the batt. to the block as well. Make sure they aren't corroded.
