so yesterday i had air pockets in the coolant system so i burped the car and got all the air out.... after that i went to drive the car and when i go to give it more gas the car starts being all jumpy and jerky... almost like very small fuel cuts? :s i dont know... i thought there was maybe water in the spark plug holes and there was alittle bit so i cleaned that out... also changed the wires... car is still having the same problem.

btw, that wont have anything to do w/ the code. pull the efi fuse under the hood for a min and put it back in to clear the codes. it may be an old code. if it reappears you know its a problem.

its just a restriction molded into the end of the metal tube. it is there so if your fuel regulator fails it will create enough backpressure to be able to drive the car home.
problem is, when upgrading the fuel pump it often creates such a restriction that fuel pressure is really high, causing an over rich condition.
drill out the restriction so its open.

check your tps to see if its adjusted properly. check the tsrm to find the proper adjustment procedure.
if im not mistaken, you mentioned that there was water in the spark plug holes. there shouldnt be any water there unless you accidentally spilled some. that should be addressed as well
