Car won't rev passed 3000 rpm, running rich too.

I was sitting in my carport the ofer day running my supra for a bit and I decided to give it some gas, my car stopes reving once it got to 3000 even if I hit the accelerator at a slow speed. It doesn't stall afterwards and it starts fine.
I have a few mods they are: apexi safc2 ( at Fi1, 1000, -7%, Hi ), 550cc injectors, walbro 255, greddy profec b boost controller.

I just replaced my MAF, I have the check engine light on but I have not learned how to check codes yet thats my next endeavor, I also cut the siren to my alarm cause it was pissing me off when I was trying to work on my car, I don't know if the alarm has anything to do with it but it was running fine before I cut it.

Yea that too, my buddy was pressing random stuff on my safc and I don't know what he did butnit may have altered something. I've never used a safc before so I can't figure out if he did anything.
