Hey guys I am in need of help! 1jz swap, r154 transmission. Car starts fine but will not go into gear. If I turn off the car, it will go into gear just fine. Car was running fine this morning. Drove it to work, got off 8 hrs later in about 32 degree weather, started car, but it wouldn't go into gear. Help please. Fork? Master cylinder? Slave? I noticed brake fluid was low, filled it up, still same issue. Thanks for any help!!

Check that your slave is working (engaging the fork and pp) if it is. More than likely your clutch is RIP.
Same thing happened to me when my clutch disk welded to my flywheel. Assuming you weren't slipping your clutch the whole way to work, I'd say that your release bearing might be toast.
If it grinds when trying to put it in gear it's hydraulics. I'd check master and slave for leaks before anything.
Did you try cranking it in gear with the fuel pump or EFI fuse pulled out? That would tell you if the clutch is locked up.
