Is it common on a Mk3 that large amounts of water get inside the car through the window seals at a touchless car wash? My seals are new and the windows were well adjusted, but man I got soaked! My old Mk2 seals much better than this.

It's still very very close to perfect in most of our minds though.
My passengers side window does the same thing...........
You've given me hope! Randy will be the one fixing this since he did the installGrimJack;1284202 said:Nope. I've got new seals as well, and I get a small trickle on the passenger side only, the driver side seals perfectly.

I had to tighten the hex bolts, which pushes the bottom of the window out and the top of the window in toward the seals. That way when you close the doors it presses against the seals. Maybe??
It's quite a surprise, and not a pleasant one. :biglaugh: And of course, I chose the deluxe wash that goes around the car 2-3 times! Good thing I brought a microfiber towel for dying, it came in real handy. I had a small puddle in my rear seat bucket. Luckily I have mock suede, instead of real!IJ.;1284383 said:My car is a shower inside in a brushless car wash! (won't make that mistake again)
