I think the "murder" part of that phrase comes from what the car does to your hands when you leave it sit in the sun for a few hours and then try to open the hood. I have to keep gloves in the (gasp) glove box just for that purpose. Flat black does look bitchin though... at least all the cops seem to think so.

be much better to just prep the car your self and take it to macco and get a 500$ paint job. A lot of the money into paint is prep.

Do not do this, biggest mistake ive ever made on my car. The store owner said and I quote "this is the best puerto job I've seen on a customer car, better than my guys" and it came out terrible.
