car dies when driving

I have a 89 turbo. When i'm driving and i push in the clutch from 3k rpm or so the idle goes all the way down to 400 and then dies unless i give it some throttle.
The car also runs unsmoothly when it boosts. It feels like it lacks alot of power.
the car sounds very boggy when idling as well.
Could it be spark plugs/ wires?

Is your BoV recirculated?

Also might want to update if you have any mods, or is it completely stock?

mine did that it would drop down to like 400 rpms and came back up only stalled every once and awhile ended up having a huge crack in my intercooler tube coming off the turbo i got a picture floating around somewhere ill post it up
