can't rev past 2000 rpms ( question about Apexi Power FC )

yesterday after looking at it more, it was actually maybe half a tooth off. for some reason when i looked at it, it seemed to be a couple off.
it's revving almost normal right now. idle is pretty good. it needs one hell of a tune. AFR's are all over the place.
i just got the exhaust done too, i'll get some pics later and put them in my build thread

i think i found a solution to all my problems. i know my problem is electrical, it has to be. so i've been reading about the Apexi Power FC, i want to get one of them and try to get a new engine harness. does any one know if the USDM harness will work with the J spec engine? i don't know how easy it will be to get a new Aristo harness.
when i get back from deployment, i plan on getting some type of EMS, either the AEM or the Power FC. i need to find out what type of sensors i have to get to use with the new computers though.

so i've decided to get the Stinger EMS from driftmotion. i would like to get a new wiring harness too. do you think i can get a new US spec harness and make it work with the Aristo motor? I already have all the MAP sensors, so i can keep it MAP based instead of MAF.
